It is produced from 100 percent fresh grape sum and aged in oak barrels, with an alcoholic content of 45 percent. It whitens well, and very slight yellowish highlights can be felt. Intense anise scent. It is clean in the mouth, its alcohol is mature, and anise is used extensively.
