Created in homage to  Louis DEAU , born in 1665, who settled in the Cognac region in the 17th century.
The LOUIS MEMORY cuvée  is made mainly from very old Grande Champagne eau-de-vie, very rich in aromas, it denotes subtle flavors: dried fruits, honey, cigar box, vanilla, cinnamon.
The palate is rich and generous with exceptional length.
