For the production of this raki, pure spring water is used directly from the distillery's property. The grape alcohol obtained from this, which was produced without the addition of sugar, is then distilled in copper kettles and macerated with the aniseed seeds from Cesme, which are known to be very aromatic. The resulting raki is filtered 10 more times in the process to achieve a particularly pleasant drinking flow.
