Casillero Del Diablo Shiraz is round and mouthfilling with ample soft and sweet tannins, finishing with lively acidity to balance the intense range of flavours. Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured. Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
