Goru El Blanco is a wine made from Moscatel and Chardonnay , harvested at night from their own vineyards. Once the grapes arrive at the winery, each variety is vinified separately, fermenting at a low temperature to preserve the varietal aromas. Once the fermentation has finished, the final coupage is performed.
