Nose: Sharp tangy notes on the opening, early spring blossom and hints of dried fruits.
Palate: A really mellow opening on the palate from this Baijiu, sweet and dry at the same time, Sweet peppers and liquorice, a mellowing creamy note flows in and around the palate with ease, hints of mince pies in the finish.
At the full ABV this is an easy Baijiu to start with, try it over ice or make a wonderfully tasty cocktail.
