The Brut Tradition Original 60/40 is made up of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from two vintages which are fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel. It's extremely classy with a great depth of flavour showing apple fritter and brioche with fresh apple and lemon drop charatcters.
