Angel Chen is a Chinese designer whose colourful approach to fashion, and fusion of Eastern and Western aesthetics has made her one of the country's brightest young talents. Expect waves of spice on the nose, complimented by vanilla and honey. On the palate we find flavours of caramel, hazelnuts and dark chocolate.
